Anyway, like I said before, this project is going to get expensive because there are some hard to find pieces which are needed. I managed to do this section of the modular in just three orders: One from LEGO Bricks and Pieces and two from Bricklink. My Bricks and pieces order consisted of simple parts like medium blue plates and 82 medium blue 1x4 bricks which are also needed in the next section as well. My first Bricklink order was from Denmark where I bought had two white hoses which are needed for the balcony. These pieces only appear in this one set so I had to pay £8 each for them. My second Bricklink order was from the UK where I bought a light bluish grey door which again, is for the balcony. This piece cost me just over £4.
This section has cost me £40.14 in parts costs and £7.77 in postage costs which bumps up the total cost of this project to £110.23 including postage costs.
I have already completed the final section and I will do a post tomorrow. Will I finish this project with a total cost of under £150? Come back tomorrow to find out. For now see some more images below:
